1. What We Collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, postcode, monthly power bill range, and the contact details you choose to provide (phone or email). We may also collect basic technical information (browser type, device type, IP address) for security and analytics.

2. How We Use It

We use your details strictly to match you with CEC-accredited installers local to your postcode. Installers contact you directly with itemised quotes. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone outside our verified installer network.

3. Who Sees Your Information

Only the matched installers see the details you submit. Each installer in the Solarfy network signs a contract committing to a no-spam, no-pressure approach. You can ask any installer to delete your data at any time.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Solarfy uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers. We do not sell behavioural data.

5. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Contact us at [email protected].

6. Data Retention

We retain quote requests for 12 months for fraud prevention and dispute resolution, then delete them. Aggregated, de-identified data may be kept longer for analytics.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by the contact method you provided.
