1. What Solarfy Is

Solarfy is a lead-matching service. We connect Australian homeowners with CEC-accredited solar installers. We do not install solar systems ourselves, do not provide energy advice, and are not responsible for the quotes, workmanship, or warranties of any individual installer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a current owner or decision-maker for an Australian property to request a quote through Solarfy.

3. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Providing false information may result in your request being declined or removed from our network.

4. Installer Responsibilities

Each installer is independently responsible for their quotes, contracts, installation work, warranties, and after-sales service. Disputes about installation, pricing, or workmanship must be resolved directly with the installer.

5. No Guarantees of Savings

Any savings figures referenced on this site (such as average annual savings) are indicative only and based on industry data. Your actual savings depend on roof orientation, shading, household consumption, electricity tariffs, and other factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on solarfy.au, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Solarfy Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Solarfy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the installer network.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives at solarfy.au/terms, with the date of the most recent update at the top.
